We started early, and it stuck
At Dawn began with a drum roaster, a spreadsheet, and far too many mornings spent deciding whether a batch was actually good or whether we just wanted it to be.
How we buy
We buy green coffee a few bags at a time from Canadian importers, and we keep the list deliberately short for simplicity. One coffee going through at a time as we build our list of favourites. We would love to hear what you want to try next, or have again!
How we roast
Everything is roasted in small lots, a few days before it goes out. Nothing sits on a shelf. The goal is for you to look forward to that first cup after you wake up.
How we sell
Directly, and simply. Order through this site, or email us directly. We confirm every order within one business day. We deliver within Edmonton and the nearby area, or you can collect it from us. We accept cash or e-transfer.
