What we do with your information
Short version: we use it to fill your order, and nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, and — if you give it — your phone number, along with the details of what you ordered and any notes you write. If you email us, we have whatever you put in the email.
Why we collect it
To roast and hand over your coffee, and to reach you if something about the order needs sorting out. That is the whole purpose.
Where it goes
Order details are recorded in a private spreadsheet that only we can open, and a copy is emailed to us. Both are Google services, so that data sits on Google's servers under their security practices. Nobody else receives it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records so we can remember what you liked and sort out any problems. If you want your details removed, email us and we will delete them.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see roughly how many people visit which pages. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not build a profile of you. That is why this site has no cookie banner — there are no tracking cookies to consent to.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will handle it within one business day.
